Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to deliver products to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and adherence to safety regulations. The Route Driver plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction and the success of our operations.

Duties:

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products along designated routes.
• Lift and load products into and out of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including quantities and pricing.
• Engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and address inquiries.
• Manage route schedules for timely deliveries.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Use basic math for delivery quantities and inventory management.
• Collaborate with sales teams for upselling or additional services during deliveries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in route or commercial driving preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules.
• Basic math skills for pricing and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Military experience welcomed, bringing discipline and commitment to the role.
