Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and support delivery drivers. This full-time role involves creating purchase orders, receiving deliveries, and operating a forklift. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient under time constraints, and skilled at leading a productive team.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse workflow.
• Operate a forklift to safely stack pallets and load/unload trucks.
• Receive, verify, and organize all incoming deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Foster strong communication and teamwork across departments.
• Lead and support a team of 5–7 warehouse employees.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to reliability.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
• Forklift experience required (certification a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
